Gardening time

I never realized what joy there was in gardening while I was young. Like so many things in life, I had to wait until I was almost too old to enjoy doing it. Yard work is not work to me at all. It is pure joy. I love waking up in the morning and rushing outside to see what is blooming.
We moved to our new home in the fall, and I never even saw what this yard had to offer, until now. What wonderful treasures it has in the front yard. The back year was a blank canvas. Nothing but grass, and one tree. (2 small rosebushes I almost forgot). SO the planning began right after all the snow melted. Below are the first of many plants, and plans to come. I really understand how Elmer Fud felt, I too have besky rabbits to deal with... So up came a fence. I have many more plans for that also. In time, it will all make sence.

My tomatoes are growing fast!
